Geranium - a short story
I love a champagne pop, cheeky prints, midnight mac and cheese, and I’ll always say yes to one more of anything.
Most days, I’m a tax accountant, so I opened Geranium to remind myself that there’s more to life than numbers and rules.
There are beaded lobster headbands and prints that remind me the world is our oyster and argyle platters and paper crowns and and and the list gets longer every day.
Not one number, not one rule. At Geranium, I only collect joy.
Honest-to-goodness joy.
And I’ve put it all here for you to collect, too.

WATCHING
For someone that binges, I actually watched this over two nights. STUNNING. I was skeptical at first but by the end - STUNNING. Kate Mulvany's character was an absolute favourite, Hugo Weaving's role was exquisite. The music was so so special, no irony there given the movie is based on a song. And as the song plays during the credits you realise how subtly the movie brought the song to life. Look out for Mr Kelly's cameo. LOVED IT.
