Postage and Returns
**EXPRESS POST FOR MOTHER'S DAY
We will upgrade the shipping of your order to express post Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 May. Australia Post advise they can provide 'express post next day delivery' from our address to the following postcodes: 5000-5174, 5800-5950
Within SA, outside the abovementioned postcodes - 1 to 2 business days.
Interstate- 1 to 3 business days.
When can I expect my treasures?
We partner with Australia Post to get you treasures from us to you.
We attempt to post out all orders no later than two business day of receiving your order.
On shipment of your order you will receive tracking details.
Standard postage typically takes 3-to-7 business days. Express post options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Postage charge on sale items
Orders of full priced items totalling over $150 receive free post.
*Free post is not applicable for orders including sale items - the standard postage fee of $15 will be applicable regardless of the total value of the order.
Fulfilment of your order
Whilst we work incredibly hard to ensure our inventory numbers are correct, occasionally an item that you order may be out of stock. In such a situation we will notify you immediately with an option of substituting in an alternative item, refund of the particular item that is out of stock, or refund of your order in full.
Geranium's return and exchange policy:
We will happily offer return or exchange of any unworn and unused items (tags attached) within 14 days of purchase. For online orders, return postage fees are at the customer's expense.
Sale items are final, and not eligible for refund or exchange.
If you'd like to return your item/s, please email hello@geraniumshop.com.au and we will provide you with return instructions.
All refunds are credited onto the original form of payment.
Should it prove the goods have been used or damaged a refund will not be forthcoming.
Apologies, but returns and exchanges cannot be accepted outside of the 14-day return period.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping times may vary and customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order's status and estimated delivery date.
