Geranium's return and exchange policy:

We will happily offer return or exchange of any unworn items (tags attached) within 14 days of purchase. For online orders, return postage fees are at the customer's expense. 

Sale items are final, and not eligible for refund or exchange. 

If you'd like to return your item/s, please email hello@geraniumshop.com.au and we will provide you with return instructions. 

All refunds are credited onto the original form of payment. 

Apologies, but returns and exchanges cannot be accepted outside of the 14-day return period. 

When can I expect my treasures?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-to-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping times may vary and customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.
