This is the kind of pâté that makes you want to pack a picnic basket and head to the countryside (or at least pretend you’re there from your kitchen table). It’s got that proper rustic vibe with a slightly coarse texture that gives each bite some character.

Made the traditional way with quality ingredients, it tastes like something your French grandmother would have made, if you had a French grandmother who was brilliant at cooking.

Great with crusty bread and a bit of mustard, or whatever makes you happy. Sometimes the classics are classics for a reason, and this is definitely one of those times.
