Everyone has their favourite chilli sauce. Gochujang, sambal, shatta, nam phrik, Tabasco? This is ours. Punchy, sharp, acidic and, all importantly, spicy. Fermented red chillis give it a funky hit. Add it anywhere you would hot sauce. Swirl into yoghurt, spread on a sandwich, or add to a sauce for an added punch.

Storage Conditions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months.
