Made with their Mother's recipe using Pepe Saya Cultured Butter, free range eggs and local lemons.

Sensational on fresh bread, as a filling for a tart or cake, or just enjoy by the spoon.

Ingredients: Sugar, cultured butter (22%), free range whole egg (22%), lemon juice (20%), modified maize starch, lemon zest.

Store in a cool dry place for 9+ months, then keep refrigerated once open.
