Ottolenghi Green Harissa Paste 170g

Green harissa is the jar you didn't know your fridge was missing.

Ottolenghi's version swaps the usual red for green. Jalapeños, green peppers and fermented green chillies give it a bright, zingy heat with loads of flavour, and it won't blow your head off.

How to use it

• Loosen with a splash of olive oil and drizzle over dips, salads and roast veg.
• Stir through beans or swirl into yoghurt.
• Rub it over chicken or lamb, or spoon it over fish.
