Ottolenghi's Honey Mustard Dressing takes a familiar favourite and gives it a clever little glow-up. Sweet honey, punchy Dijon mustard and bright preserved lemon come together in a dressing that's equal parts tangy, silky and "why does everything taste better now?"

Drizzle it over leafy salads, roasted vegetables or grain bowls, brush it onto chicken before roasting, or turn a very ordinary sandwich into something that deserves a standing ovation. It also plays exceptionally well with salmon, halloumi and potatoes.

Because life is too short for boring salad dressing.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
