Ottolenghi's Raspberry & Pomegranate Preserve is gloriously fruity with a gentle tartness that keeps every spoonful bright, fresh and dangerously moreish. Sweet raspberries meet jewel-like pomegranate for a preserve that's equal parts comforting and sophisticated.

Spread it generously on warm sourdough, swirl it through creamy yoghurt, spoon it over vanilla ice cream, sandwich it between sponge cakes, or serve it alongside buttery croissants and flaky pastries. It also makes an excellent excuse to put together a cheese board on a Tuesday.
